  This Place SUCK both with Customer service and Stupidity!!! Very RUDE when we call and Try to Talk to them!! We r getting Harrassing Calls about Bills we shouldn't b RESPONSIBLE for!! I have Insurance and the Stupid Hospital didn't submit it!!! So we get a Bill a Year and a Half later!!! My mom almost died cause of a Hospitals Mistake and they r trying to make her Pay $500!!

  Is zero stars not an option? These people are very rude. Will verify all information on account EVERY time you call even if it is same (I paid for 20 months). They will hang up on you when you don't play their games. My last call to them to ask about general credit report delinquency removals, they still required all account verification info, every little detail, for an account unspecific question. Dirtbag agent hung up on me cause I told her I didn't see the point of repeating all the info that hadn't changed.

  Agree with other reviewers on relatively friendly people HOWEVER I was put in to collection AFTER I had been making on time regular payments for a CT scan bill. After paying it off, I was offered a receipt of final payment via email and was told it would be emailed to me within 24-48 hours. After almost a week I called back and Gloria said one was mailed but she would put in for an emailed receipt that day. Never happened. Called back again and was told by a different rep that she would email her manager requesting one. Never happened. After 7 days and living in the same town as their office, never received snail mail either. I need proof of payment for a student loan for my son. Just because they are a collection agency does not give them the right to withold proof of payment and an account settled. These people just give you the run around and never actually do what they say they are going to do. If I could give no stars I would!

  Have had no issues with them, never tried to garnish my checks, or over charge me. They worked with me to make weekly payments of $20 and I have paid off my collection in just a matter of 3-4 months. Customer service has never been rude to me and has always been willing to work with me. They did get annoying with calls every now and then, but never any issues with what others are saying about garnishments or anything else. I have received confirmation numbers from every payment I have made and kept track of all my payments and they always give me my total after every payment and I am able to double check to make sure I am not over paying.
