  My son went to this branch to get his Indiana Drivers license as he was moving from California back to Indiana. He took in his California license, his US passport, his US citizenship paperwork (he was adopted from South Korea as an infant 24 years ago) his prior Indiana license, copies of mail sent to him at his new residence in Indiana. They gave him a temporary license, temporary plate and vehicle registration. They told him his permanent license, license plate and title to his car would come in the mail. Earlier this week they called him and told him that since he wasn't a US citizen he would have to bring his green card into the license branch. He definitely is a US Citizen!!! Today he brought all of his information back and he said he felt like he was being treated the way he was treated when he traveled to Belarus (one of the last truly communist countries in the world). Way to go Greenwood license branch. Wondering if you aren't doing some racial profiling or something.

  I have never been treated so poorly by an employee of the BMV before. Her tone was completely unnecessary as if she were treating me like a child. She acted as if she hated her job, which if that was the case maybe she should consider resigning. Her and a fellow co-worker were also making fun of a female that was from another country. Overall this BMV is unprofessional, rude, and lacks human empathy to receive any stars.
