  This location is very close to my home, I have been there probably a dozen times, but this last time was the last. Despite the tellers being rude and having attitudes when you go inside the bank to avoid the parking lot that has developed in the drive through its worse when you actually decide to use the drive through. When you acutally see the drive through empty and think "Great! This will go fast!" WRONG! Even if there is no one waiting, you wont see a teller at the window until there is about 6-10 cars sitting beside and behind you. This bank never seems to be properly staffed and the staff that is there isn't the kind you should be putting out there to deal with customers face to face! Also, this location has it's own RULES apparently, I have never gotten so many "we can't deposit this!" or "questions" about what should only be MY BUSINESS at any other location. IF they are following "the guidelines" I'd say Chase needs to get all of their banking locations on the same page. It's rediculous that I should have to drive out of my way to go to one chase that allows me to do something the one close to my home will not.

  You have to wait for 10-15 minutes in line if you walk in during busy time of the day. They should have more people available for when it's busy. Otherwise it's good service and convenient location.
